Brown rice recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup of Yanagi brown rice short grain.
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups of water

Preparation:
Wash the rice
Place the rice, oil and salt and water in a normal pot and boil.
When almost dry, lower the heat, cover the pan, wait until dry and remove from heat.
Time: 30 minutes
